Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Drumsticks (washed)
  • 500 g Chicken Curry Cut (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 40 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 20 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (removed)
  • 2 pieces Onion (cutTwo)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add refined oil, garlic, green chili, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn golden. The device will then automatically stir.

The device will now cook the chicken

Add washed chicken pieces to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the chicken at 95°C using the TAT heating mode for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, followed by a 5-minute rest. Repeat this process for a total of 10 minutes of cooking and 5 minutes of resting

Add spices and remaining ingredients

Add coriander powder, curd, and garam masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C using the TAT heating mode for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, followed by a 5-minute rest. Repeat this process for a total of 10 minutes of cooking and 5 minutes of resting. Add coriander and mint leaves.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the Hariyali Chicken for a final 5 minutes at 95°C. Remove from the jar and serve hot with rice or roti.
