A fast stir-fry with crunchy bell peppers and onions, cooked in an Asian-style sauce
Add 0.5 piece Onion (cutFour), 0.5 piece Capsicum (cutFour), 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), and 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 20°C for 5 minutes. The device will now cut/cook the onions and capsicum.
Add 3 g Ginger (peeled) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the paneer and aromatics at 120°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Select HML heating mode with a stir duty of 6 and a stir angle of 140°. This process will take approximately 4200 seconds.
Add 200 g Paneer (cut), 0.25 tsp Corn Flour (powder), 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Chilli Vinegar, 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, and 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the paneer and vegetables in the sauce at 120°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring. Select HML heating mode with a stir duty of 6 and a stir angle of 140°.
Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with 1 stems Spring Onion Green (finechopped). The dish is ready.
