Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 medium Onion (finely chopped), 2 cloves Garlic (minced), 1 inch Cinnamon Stick, 1 tsp Clove, 1 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped), 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.5 tsp Sugar, and 0.5 tsp Besan Flour to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 120°C for 90 seconds with speed 14 using HML heating mode.
Add 130 g Tomato (pureed), 20 g Ginger (grated), and 0.5 tsp Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 120°C for 120 seconds with speed 1, then 60 seconds with speed 3, followed by 240 seconds with speed 3 using HML heating mode and automatic stirring. The device will then stir at speed 12 for 10 seconds using CLASSIC heating mode.
Add 200 g Paneer (cubed) and salt to taste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the paneer in the tomato gravy at 120°C for 480 seconds (8 minutes) with automatic stirring at speed 0 and stir duty 6 using HML heating mode.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. The Kadai Paneer is ready to serve. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch off.
