Ingredients

  • Besan Flour (as needed)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Kashmiri Mirch (to taste)
  • Cloves (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Cinnamon Powder (to taste)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 200g Paneer (cubed)
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

Prepare Aromatics and Spices

Add cinnamon stick, kashmiri mirch, cloves, onions, garlic, and green chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add oil and select sauté mode at high heat for 5-7 minutes until onions turn golden brown.

Cook Tomatoes and Spices

Add chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, and besan flour to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Let the device stir automatically. Cook for 7-10 minutes at medium heat to create a gravy base.

Add Paneer and Finish Cooking

Add cubed paneer, kasoori methi, and butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at low heat and let The Upliance 2.0 cook for another 5-7 minutes with automatic stirring until the paneer is well coated in the gravy.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. The Kadai Paneer is ready to be served with naan or rice.
