Ingredients

  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece onion (removed)
  • 1 piece green chilli (cutTwo)
  • 2 tbsp pomace olive oil
  • 100 g sweet corn (washed)
  • 10 leaves basil (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp chilli flakes (powdered)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 20 g corn flour
  • 450 ml water

Add aromatics to jar

Add garlic, onion, and green chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes. The device will now sauté the aromatics.

The device will now cook corn and basil

Add sweet corn and basil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 6 minutes. The device will automatically stir and grind down the corn and basil.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add chilli flakes, salt, butter, corn flour, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the soup.

The soup is ready
