Add Toor Dal, Drumstick, Ghee, Sambar Onions, Mustard Seeds, Dried Red Chilli, Turmeric, Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select pressure cook mode for 2 whistles.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically pressure cook the dal. Then, select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds to sauté the aromatics. Automatic stirring will be employed.
Add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Tomato, Tamarind Paste, Sambar Powder, Hing, and Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 120°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, followed by a further 10 minutes at 100°C. Add salt to taste.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Ghee in The Upliance 2.0 bowl. The dish is ready to be served.
