Add refined oil, mustard seeds, jeera, and hing to the jar. The device will now cook the tempering at 100°C for 1 minute to release the flavors.
Add sprouts, potatoes, Goda masala, chili powder, salt, and water. The Upliance will simmer the curry at 95°C for approximately 35 minutes with automatic stirring.
The dish is ready. Mix in butter, garnish with fresh coriander and namkeen mixture, and serve hot with roasted Pav.
