Add 200g washed Moong Dal Sprouts, 100g cubed potatoes, 1.25 tsp Goda Masala, 1 tsp Jeera Powder, 1.5 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala, 3 tsp Green Chilli, 400ml Water, and 20g Namkeen Mixture to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the Misal. Select the "Cooking Misal" preset. The device will automatically stir and maintain a temperature of 95°C for approximately 15 minutes then 95°C for 10 minutes.
Add 5g minced ginger, 1 piece of onion cut in two and 1 green chili (stem removed) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Sautéing Aromatics" preset. The device will automatically stir and maintain a temperature of 95°C for 3 minutes.
Garnish with 3 stems of minced coriander leaves and 15g Namkeen Mixture. The Misal is ready to serve with Pav (roasted separately).
