Ingredients

  • 200g Pineapple (cubed)
  • 200g Banana (sliced)
  • 180g Water
  • 20g Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Red Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 4 tsp Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 2 Cashews

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add pineapple, banana, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select boil mode at 95°C for 360 seconds. Then reduce temperature to 95°C and maintain for 300 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now boil and blend

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically boil and partially blend the ingredients. Once complete, add coconut oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, red chilli, grated coconut, tamarind paste, and sugar to the jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 900 seconds with automatic stirring and scraping.

Temper spices

In a separate pan, heat cashews in 0.5tsp coconut oil until golden. Add curry leaves for 10 seconds. Transfer tempered spices to the Upliance 2.0 jar and mix gently.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully pour the Pineapple Pachadi from the jar into a serving bowl. Serve warm.
