    • 500 g Chicken (Biryani Cut)
    • 2.5 tbsp Ghee
    • 2 pieces Green Cardamom
    • 2 pieces Black Cardamom
    • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
    • 2 pieces Clove
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
    • 10 g Grated Coconut
    • 2 pieces Onion (cut in four)
    • 1 piece Ginger (peeled)
    • 10 cloves Garlic
    • 40 g Curd
    • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)

    Instructions

    This chicken recipe is made with whole spices and dry coconut roasted in oil. The marinated chicken is cooked with onions, ginger, and garlic to give a quick chicken recipe with delicious, aromatic flavors which make it irresistible. Pair with Roti/Naan

      Sauté Spices

      Marinate the chicken in a bowl. Add ghee, whole spices, sesame seeds, and grated coconut to The Upliance jar.
