    Ingredients

    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 150 g Leek (washed)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 150 g Potato (peeled)
    • 300 g Water (room temperature)
    • 180 g TetraPak Milk (standard)
    • 1 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil (standard)
    • 15 g Butter (cubed)
    • 1.5 tsp Salt (to taste)
    • 1 tsp Rosemary (dried or fresh)
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala (powder)
    • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)

    Instructions

    Add aromatics to jar

    Add green chilli, washed leeks, and peeled garlic to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid to prepare for chopping.

    The device will chop the aromatics for 12 seconds. Add olive oil and butter, then The Upliance will sauté on low heat for 90 seconds to release flavors.

    Add main ingredients and cook

    Add potatoes, water, milk, and all spices (salt, rosemary, garam masala, pepper). The device will cook the soup on low heat for approximately 25 minutes with automatic stirring, followed by a blending cycle.

    The dish is ready

    If the soup is too thick, add 100g water and let The Upliance mix on low heat for 2 minutes. Pour into a bowl and garnish with fresh leeks.
