Ingredients

  • 150 g Thick Curd
  • 15 g Besan Flour
  • 450 ml Water
  • 0.75 tsp Hing
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 4 g Ginger (peel)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Thick Curd, Besan Flour, Water, Hing, Jeera, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the base

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the mixture at 120°C for 3 minutes. Then, it will simmer at 100°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and sauté

Add Mustard Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Ghee and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 1 minute with automatic stirring.

The Gujarati Kadhi is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for another 1 minute. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. The dish is ready to serve.
