Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 50 g Washed Rajma (soaked)
  • 300 g Water
  • 1 pc Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 300 g Lauki (cut)
  • 150 g Coconut Milk
  • 0.75 tsp Green Chilli
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 30 g Ginger
  • 1 large spoon Coconut Oil
  • 200 g Boiled Rajma

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Coconut Oil, Mustard Seeds, Jeera, and Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now pressure cook Rajma

Add soaked Rajma and water to the pressure cooker. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically pressure cook at low flame for 30 minutes or 5 whistles. Meanwhile, prepare the Lauki in the Upliance 2.0 jar.

Repeat the above with Lauki and Coconut Milk

Add Lauki, Coconut Milk, and remaining ingredients to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the 'Cook Lauki with Coconut Milk' preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for the specified time (approximately 17 minutes).
