  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 15 g Spring Onion Green
  • 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar

Add 400g washed prawns, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 15g spring onion green, and 2 tsp white wine vinegar to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 120°C and cook for 90 seconds with the lid on, then for an additional 420 seconds at 120°C with the lid on. The device will automatically stir.
