    Ingredients

    • 400 g Prawns (washed and marinated)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 2 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 30 g Spring Onion (roughly chopped)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Chilli Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
    • 1 stem Spring Onion Green (chopped for garnish)

    Instructions

    Prepare the aromatics

    Add garlic, green chilli, ginger, and spring onion to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is closed.

    The device will now cut and sauté

    The device will chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Afterward, add refined oil to the jar. The Upliance will sauté on medium heat for 1 minute.

    Add marinated prawns and cook

    Add the prawns (previously marinated with soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar) to the jar. The device will cook the prawns on medium heat for approximately 11 minutes with automatic stirring.

    The dish is ready

    Once the cooking completes, transfer the Tangy Ocean Prawns to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot with rice.
