Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (no prep)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (no prep)
  • 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil (no prep)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (no prep)
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Leaves (no prep)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (no prep)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (no prep)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)

Instructions

Add aromatics and mushrooms to jar

Add ginger, chilli flakes, dried red chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 200g washed button mushrooms. The device will now wash and chop the mushrooms using the appropriate setting, then add peanut butter and remaining ingredients.

The device will now cook the mushrooms

Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Then, using the PID controller, maintain a temperature of 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

No further additions required. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook to the specified parameters.

The dish is ready

Once cooking is complete, garnish with coriander leaves in The Upliance 2.0 bowl. The Peanut Mushroom Spread is ready to be served.
