Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (cracked)
  • 60g button mushrooms (washed and sliced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (ground)
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • 4 stems coriander leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add 60g washed and sliced button mushrooms, 4 peeled and minced garlic cloves, 0.25 tsp ground black pepper, 0.25 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now sauté and cut

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the mushrooms at 95°C for 120 seconds with automatic stirring, followed by 90°C for 120 seconds. The device will then automatically slice the mushrooms using the pre-programmed setting.

Add eggs and cook

Crack 2 eggs into The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the eggs and mushrooms together at 90°C for 300 seconds using automatic stirring and PID temperature control.

The dish is ready

Once cooked, garnish with 4 stems of minced coriander leaves. The Low Calorie Mushroom Scrambled Eggs are ready to be served from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
