    Ingredients

    • 140 g Spaghetti
    • 700 ml Water
    • 1.5 tsp Salt (divided)
    • 2 Dried Red Chilli (stems removed)
    • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 25 leaves Mint Leaves
    • 200 g Cherry tomatoes (washed)
    • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 0.5 tsp Yellow Lemon Zest
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

    Instructions

    Boil the pasta

    Add 700ml water, 1 tsp salt, and the spaghetti to The Upliance jar.

    The device will now cook the pasta

    The device will cook the pasta on low heat for 15 minutes. Once done, strain the pasta and reserve 30g of pasta water. Reuse the jar without rinsing.

    Prepare the sauce

    Add dried chillies, garlic, and mint to the jar; the device will chop them for 10 seconds. Then add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and remaining salt. The device will sauté on low heat for 3 minutes.

    The dish is ready

    Transfer the sauce to a bowl with the cooked pasta. Add the reserved pasta water, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
