Ingredients

  • 250 g Bottle Gourd (peeled and cubed)
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 300 ml TetraPak Milk
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 8 tsp Khowa
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 10 g Almonds (chopped)
  • 10 g Cashews (chopped)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add peeled and cubed Bottle Gourd, sugar, milk, ghee, and khowa to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add chopped almonds and cashews.

The device will now cook the kheer

Select the "Kheer" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and cook the mixture at 85°C for 20 minutes, then increase to 90°C for 25 minutes. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust temperature and stirring for optimal results.

Repeat the above (optional)

If desired, add additional spices or nuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar during the cooking process. The Upliance 2.0 allows for ingredient additions during automated cooking cycles. Add Green Cardamom Powder during the last 5 minutes.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Lauki Kheer from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve. Garnish with extra chopped nuts if desired.
