Ingredients

  • 600 g carrots (peeled and grated)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g khoya
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 10 each almonds and cashews (chopped)

Add grated carrots, sugar, khoya, ghee, and cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

After 20 minutes, add chopped almonds and cashews to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Continue simmering at 95°C for another 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
