Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 medium Onion (finely chopped), 5 cloves Garlic (peeled), 2 Green Chillies (finely chopped), and 3 Tomatoes (cut into pieces) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 10 minutes with speed 14. Then add 10 Curry Leaves (washed).
Add 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder, 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, and 0.5 tsp Tamarind Paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 4 minutes with speed 14, using automatic stirring.
Add 250g Rohu Steak (cleaned and marinated) and 120ml Coconut Milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 8 minutes with speed 14, using automatic stirring.
Garnish with 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced) and serve hot. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust the cooking based on selected settings.
