    Ingredients

    • 120 g Master Chow Hakka Noodles
    • 800 ml Water
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 2.5 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 40 g Spring Onion bulbs
    • 80 g Cabbage (roughly chopped)
    • 1 piece Capsicum (quartered)
    • 60 g Carrot (peeled)
    • 2 sachets MasterChow Sweet & Spicy Sauce
    • 2 sachets MasterChow Basil Sauce
    • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
    • 4 g Spring Onion Green (finely chopped)

    Instructions

    Boil the noodles

    Add water, salt, 0.5 tbsp oil, and noodles to The Upliance jar. The device will boil the noodles on low heat for 5 minutes. Once done, strain the noodles and set aside.

    Chop the vegetables

    Add 2 tbsp oil, spring onions, cabbage, capsicum, and carrots to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically cut the vegetables at high speed for 10 seconds.

    Cook the sauce base

    Add the MasterChow Sweet & Spicy and Basil sauces to the jar. The device will sauté the vegetable mix on low heat for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Assemble and serve

    Remove the cooked vegetable base from The Upliance jar. Toss well with the boiled noodles in a bowl. Garnish with white sesame seeds and spring onion greens. The dish is ready.
