Ingredients

  • 80 g Rajma (washed)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 20 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into four)
  • 1 piece Tomato (cut into four)
  • 1 piece Capsicum (cut into two)
  • 50 g English Cucumber (cut into four)
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add olive oil, tamarind paste, mayonnaise, garlic, mint leaves, and honey to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "make dressing" preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 60 seconds at speed 3 at 20°C.

The device will now cut/cook vegetables

Add onion, tomato, capsicum, and cucumber to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "cutting vegetables" preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cut the vegetables using its high-speed blades for 8 seconds at speed 5 at 20°C.

Repeat the above

Add the pre-boiled Rajma to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "mix salad" preset. The Upliance 2.0 will gently mix the salad for 10 seconds at speed 1 at 20°C.

The dish is ready

Garnish the Rajma salad with minced coriander leaves in The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Rajma Salad is ready to be served.
