Ingredients

  • 1 piece onion (cutTwo)
  • 1 piece green chilli (remove)
  • 5 cloves garlic (peel)
  • 4 g ginger (peel)
  • 180 g carrot (peelncut)
  • 260 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g water
  • 2 tbsp pomace olive oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1.5 tsp kashmiri mirch
  • 0.5 tsp coriander leaves
  • 0.25 tsp garam masala
  • 9 stems parsley (Washed, trimmed)
  • 9 stems butter (rootCut)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger, and pomace olive oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 180 seconds. The device will now cut and sauté the aromatics.

The device will now cook carrots and spices

Add carrots, coconut milk, jeera, kashmiri mirch, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 1200 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will automatically stir and cook the soup.

Repeat the above with herbs

Add parsley and butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue to stir and cook for an additional 600 seconds at 95°C. The device will automatically stir and cook the soup with herbs.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for a final 300 seconds at 95°C. Transfer soup to a bowl and garnish with tadka. Ready to serve!
