Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (peeled)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 500 g Washed Chicken (washed)
  • 80 g Cream
  • 120 g Cranberry Juice
  • 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 1 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece Green Chilli (peeled), and 10 cloves Garlic (peeled) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 10 minutes.

The device will now cook the chicken

Add 500g Washed Chicken (washed) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring and then at 95°C for 10 hours with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add 80 g Cream, 120 g Cranberry Juice, 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder, 1.5 tsp Garam Masala, and 1 tsp Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Remove the Cranberry Chicken from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish and serve.
