Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 100 g Spinach (wash)
  • 1 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 150 g Button Mushroom (wash)
  • 0.75 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Coconut Milk
  • 300 ml Water

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, and Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut and sauté at 20°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring.

Add Spinach, Tomato, and Button Mushroom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 360 seconds using automatic stirring.

Add Coconut Milk and Seasoning

Add Dark Soy Sauce, Salt, Coconut Milk, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer at 90°C for 180 seconds using automatic stirring.
