Ingredients

  • 280g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 280g Basmati Rice (washed)
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 3 inches Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Black Cardamom (remove)
  • 120g Carrot (05f36d09-a66f-44ca-abd5-9d909ad34f71)
  • 200g Onion (washed)
  • 2 piece Garlic (handchop)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 100g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 2.25 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 500ml Water

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black cardamom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will now sauté the spices.

The device will now cook vegetables

Add the prepared vegetables and spices (coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri mirch, garam masala) to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will sauté at 95°C for 5 minutes with speed 13. The device will stir automatically.

Add rice and water to jar

Add washed rice and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the rice and vegetables together at 95°C for 10 minutes with the lid on, followed by another 7 minutes at 95°C. Automatic stirring is not required for this step.

The dish is ready

Remove the Vegetable Pulao from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to fluff out. Garnish with coriander and serve.
