Add ghee, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black cardamom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will now sauté the spices.
Add the prepared vegetables and spices (coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri mirch, garam masala) to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will sauté at 95°C for 5 minutes with speed 13. The device will stir automatically.
Add washed rice and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the rice and vegetables together at 95°C for 10 minutes with the lid on, followed by another 7 minutes at 95°C. Automatic stirring is not required for this step.
Remove the Vegetable Pulao from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to fluff out. Garnish with coriander and serve.
