Ingredients

  • 160 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 450 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 0.75 tsp Hing
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add washed rice, water, oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, peanuts, hing, coriander, curry leaves, red chili, ginger, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes.

The device will now cook the rice

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the ingredients at 120°C for 20 minutes. Then, reduce the temperature to 100°C for a further 5 minutes.

Add lemon juice and mix

Add lemon juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now stir automatically for 2 minutes at 100°C to mix everything thoroughly.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Lemon Rice from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve.
