  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder (none)
  • 1 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (none)
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi (none)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 100 g Tomato (none)
  • 25 g Cashews (none)
  • 1 tsp Butter (none)

Add base ingredients to jar

Add Aromatic Paste, Refined Oil, Sautéed Aromatics to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the base

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the ingredients in the jar at 120°C for 90 seconds using automatic stirring. The lid should be on, and the device will scrape the sides.

Add Paneer and spices to jar

Add Paneer, Cream, Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at 120°C for a total of 600 seconds (10 minutes) with automatic stirring, using multiple heating cycles of 120 seconds heating and 60 seconds stirring. The lid should remain on.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycles are complete, remove the Paneer Masala from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish as desired and serve hot.
