Kasoori Methi Dough is a flavorful and easy Indian flatbread prepared with whole wheat flour, dry fenugreek leaves, and spices. This dough makes 2 Chapati/Parantha per person
Add 140g wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp Kasoori Methi, 6 tsp Ajwain, 0.5 tsp refined oil, and 0.5 tsp salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Then add 110ml water.
Select "dough" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically mix the ingredients at room temperature (20°C) for a total of 75 seconds with intermittent mixing cycles (5 seconds mixing, 5 seconds pause).
If the dough is too dry, add additional water, 10ml at a time, until desired consistency is reached. If too wet, add more flour, 10g at a time.
Once mixed, remove the dough from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Shape the dough and set aside for 10 minutes. Ready!
