Ingredients

  • 170 ml Water
  • 4 tsp Tata Chakra Gold (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp Wagh Bakri (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp 3 Roses Natural Care (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp Red Label Natural Care (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp Tata Gold (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp Brooke Bond Red Label (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp Tata Premium (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp Tata Kanan Devan (loose leaf)
  • 2 tsp Tata Agni (loose leaf)
  • 230 g Packet Milk
  • 2 tsp Taj Mahal (loose leaf)
  • 3 piece Elachi (Cardamom) (crushed)
  • 7 g Ginger (peeled & grated)
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add water, all tea leaves, cardamom, and sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now boil the tea

Select the boil mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 120°C and cook for 90 seconds with the lid on. The device will automatically stir.

Add milk and spices

Add milk, ginger, and cinnamon powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix the milk and spices with the tea.

The Chai is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 180 seconds at 120°C, then stir at speed 4 for 10 seconds, speed 3 for 60 seconds, speed 1 for 10 seconds, and finally speed 3 for 180 seconds at 120°C. The Chai is ready to be poured and served.
