Add water, all tea leaves, cardamom, and sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select the boil mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the temperature to 120°C and cook for 90 seconds with the lid on. The device will automatically stir.
Add milk, ginger, and cinnamon powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now mix the milk and spices with the tea.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 180 seconds at 120°C, then stir at speed 4 for 10 seconds, speed 3 for 60 seconds, speed 1 for 10 seconds, and finally speed 3 for 180 seconds at 120°C. The Chai is ready to be poured and served.
