Ingredients

  • 1 large green chili (finely chopped)
  • 15 stems coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 350 g potatoes (cubed)
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tsp hing
  • 2 tsp jeera
  • 0.75 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Kashmiri Mirch to taste

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add green chili, coriander leaves, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 10 minutes.

The device will now cook the potatoes and spices

Add cubed potatoes, turmeric powder, hing, jeera, coriander powder, salt, and Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook using the TAT heating mode at 95°C for 780 seconds with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above with additional ingredients

Add remaining water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue cooking using the TAT heating mode at 95°C for another 720 seconds with automatic stirring.

The Jeera Aloo is ready. Serve hot.
