Add Refined Oil, Ghee, Hing, Turmeric, Dried Red Chilli, Garlic, Mint Leaves, Onion, and Cashews to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with speed 14 for sautéing. The device will automatically stir.
The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 240 minutes with speed 1. The device will automatically stir and scrape. After 240 minutes, increase the speed to 12 for 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
