Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 1 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 200 g Paneer (cutCubes)
  • 10 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Hing, Jeera, Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.

The device will now cut/cook Tomato and Spices

Add Tomato, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 4 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the tomatoes and spices.

Add Paneer and Herbs

Add Paneer and Mint Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 90°C and let Upliance cook for 8 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the paneer.

The dish is ready

Add Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. The Jain Paneer Bhurji is ready to be served.
