Add ghee, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, saunf, and dried red chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will automatically stir.
Add soaked and washed rice, salt, water, peas, and sweet corn to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid and select the cooking program. The device will automatically stir at 95°C for approximately 20 minutes and will automatically adjust temperature as needed.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust cooking time and temperature based on the ingredients and desired consistency. Monitor the cooking process.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, let the rice sit in The Upliance 2.0 jar for 5 minutes. Garnish with minced coriander leaves before serving.
