Curd, popularly known in India as Dahi, is pretty much a staple food. It is one of the easiest milk recipes to be made, and all you need is a small amount of curd, which has to be added to well-boiled milk, to make thick, delicious curd.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Packet Milk
  • 10 g Curd
  • 1 pinch Dried Red Chilli

Instructions

Add milk and starter to jar

Add 500g of packet milk and 10g of curd starter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add a pinch of Dried Red Chilli if desired.

The device will now heat and maintain temperature

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically heat the milk to 70°C for 60 seconds using its precise temperature control and automatic stirring. Then, it will maintain the temperature at 40°C for 8 hours for curdling.

Repeat the above (if needed)

This step is not needed for this recipe. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically handle the curdling process.

The curd is ready

After 8 hours, The Upliance 2.0 will complete the curdling process. The homemade curd is ready to be refrigerated for best results.
