Add 80g washed and soaked Masoor Dal, 400ml water, 2 tbsp refined oil, 1 tsp Jeera, 3 tsp chopped Onion, and 2 cut green chilies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the aromatics for 30 seconds at 100°C. Then, add 3 cut tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes at 95°C with the lid on. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.
Add 10g roasted fox nuts, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1.25 tsp turmeric, 0.5 tsp garam masala, 0.25 tsp kasoori methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and cook for 20 minutes with automatic stirring and the lid on.
Once cooked, garnish with 4 stems of minced coriander leaves and 0.5 tbsp ghee in The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Masoor Dal with Fox Nuts is ready to serve.
