This delicious Hyderabadi-style capsicum curry is just what you need to spice up your dinner time. It is made with ground peanuts, white sesame seeds, onions, ginger and garlic, desiccated coconut, and other spices. Pair with Pulao or Roti
Add peanuts, sesame seeds, dried red chillies, cumin, and oil to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode on medium heat for 4 minutes. Once done, transfer to a blender.
Add onions, ginger, and garlic to the jar. The Upliance will automatically chop them and then sauté on low heat for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the roasted spices with tamarind and water into a smooth paste.
Add capsicum wedges, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, and water to the jar. The device will cook on low heat with automatic stirring for 10 minutes. Add the blended paste and continue cooking on low heat for 20 minutes.
Once the gravy thickens and oil separates, the curry is done. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot with Pulao or Roti.
