Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (powder)
  • 2 tsp Hing (powder)
  • 3 Dried Red Chilli (whole)
  • 50 g Peanuts (raw)
  • 2.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 Onions (cutTwo)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Salt (powder)
  • 2.5 Capsicum (cutwedges)
  • 0 g Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 120 ml Water

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 2 tsp Hing, 3 Dried Red Chillies, 50g Peanuts, and 2.5 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add aromatics and remaining ingredients

Add 2 chopped Onions, 5g peeled Ginger, 10 cloves peeled Garlic, 1 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1.5 tsp Salt, 2.5 cutwedges Capsicum, and 120ml Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.
