Ingredients

  • 30 g Almonds
  • 30 g Cashews
  • 6 pieces Cardamom (powdered)
  • 300 g Soaked Dry Fruits
  • 7 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder (powdered)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 1.5 tsp Fennel Seeds (powdered)
  • 0.75 tsp Saunf (powdered)
  • 100 g TetraPak Milk
  • 400 g TetraPak Milk

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add almonds, cashews, cardamom powder, soaked dry fruits, sugar, cinnamon powder, black pepper, fennel seeds, and saunf to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now blend ingredients

Close the lid. The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically blend the ingredients for 40 seconds at speed 12, and then 30 seconds at speed 7, then 20 seconds at speed 12, and finally 40 seconds at speed 12. All at a temperature of 20°C.

Add milk and blend again

Add 100g of milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically blend the mixture for 10 seconds at speed 3, 20 seconds at speed 6, 16 seconds at speed 12, and finally 20 seconds at speed 12. All at a temperature of 20°C. Then add the remaining 400g of milk.

The Thandai is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will blend the mixture for a final 15 seconds at speed 12 and then 10 seconds at speed 12. All at a temperature of 20°C. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, garnish with extra dry fruits, and serve.
