  • 0.5 piece Onion (cut)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (removed)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 10 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 0.5 piece Tomato (cut)
  • 30 g Sev
  • 1 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 30 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 30 g Namkeen Mixture
  • 1 packet Wai Wai Noodles

Instructions

Add aromatics and noodles to jar

Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add Wai Wai Noodles. Select the 'Add Aromatics' preset on The Upliance 2.0.

The device will now cut/mix aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically chop the aromatics using the 'Add Aromatics' preset. The device will then mix all ingredients for 20 seconds at speed 1, followed by 14 seconds at speed 13 at 20°C using the 'Mixing Bhel' preset.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add Sev, Amchur Powder, Sugar, Roasted Salted Peanuts, and Namkeen Mixture to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the 'Cutting Aromatics' preset.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically mix for 10 seconds at speed 6, followed by 7 seconds at speed 5 at 20°C using the 'Cutting Aromatics' preset. Garnish and serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
