Ingredients

  • 500 ml water
  • 40 leaves mint (cleaned)
  • 10 stems coriander (rootCut)
  • 4 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 green chili (remove)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 0.75 tsp amchur powder (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (powder)
  • 5 g namkeen boondi

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add water, mint, coriander, jeera powder, green chili, lemon juice, salt, sugar, amchur powder, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select blend mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set speed to 12 and blend for 10 seconds. The device will automatically stir.

Add boondi and chill

Add namkeen boondi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically mix. Then, chill the Jal Jeera for at least 30 minutes.

Pour the chilled Jal Jeera into glasses. Serve immediately.
