    • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
    • 0.25 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 5 Tomatoes (hand chopped)
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 80 ml Water
    • 40 g Sev
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    The fabulous and scrumptious ‘Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi’ is super easy and quick. Only the basic kitchen ingredients are required for this sabzi. This a quick solution for the days when you don’t have any vegetables in the fridge. Pair with Roti/Rice

      Add tempering ingredients

      Add refined oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and hing to The Upliance jar.

      Sauté and chop chillies

      The device will sauté the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds. Then, add the green chilli; the device will automatically chop it and sauté on low heat for 10 seconds.

      Cook the tomato gravy

      Add chopped tomatoes, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, sugar, garam masala, and water. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 16 minutes with automatic stirring.

      The dish is ready. Pour the gravy into a bowl and garnish generously with sev and minced coriander leaves just before serving.
