Add Ghee, Chutney Podi, and cut Paneer to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Garlic, and Onion. The device will automatically weigh and record the ingredients.
Select the "Paneer Podi Fry" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 5 minutes, then cook the paneer at 95°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will then cool down to 20°C for 3 minutes
Add Jeera, Curry Leaves, and Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté these ingredients at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring (stir duty 6, stir angle 140). The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust temperature and stirring to prevent burning
Once the sautéing is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Paneer Podi Fry from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Serve hot with bread or chapati.
