Ingredients

  • 120 g Medium Poha
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (minced)
  • 7 stems Curry Leaves
  • 0.5 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 30 g Pomegranate Pearls (peeled)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 10 g Sev
  • 0.75 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 800 ml Water

Add aromatics and poha to jar

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece minced Green Chilli, 7 stems Curry Leaves, 0.5 tbsp Mustard Seeds, and 2 tsp Fennel Seeds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 120g Medium Poha, 0.75 tsp Sugar, and 1 tsp Salt. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 60 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add 30g peeled Pomegranate Pearls, 4 stems minced Coriander Leaves, and 10g Sev to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically mix the ingredients for 10 seconds at 20°C with the lid on and the cap on.

The dish is ready
