Ingredients

  • 120 g Hakka Noodles
  • 800 ml Water
  • 1 tsp MasterChow Sweet & Spicy
  • 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 100 g Cabbage (cutin3)
  • 1 piece Capsicum (cutFour)
  • 100 g Carrot (peelncut)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutFour)
  • 2 sachet MasterChow Basil Sauce
  • 2 sachet MasterChow Sweet & Spicy
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 4 g Spring Onion Green (finechopped)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Hakka Noodles, water, MasterChow Sweet & Spicy, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now boil the noodles at 95°C for 180 seconds using the TAT heating mode with PID control, then stir at speed 1 for 10 seconds in CLASSIC mode, then boil again at 95°C for 120 seconds using the TAT heating mode with PID control.

The device will now cut and sauté vegetables

Add cabbage, capsicum, and carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the vegetables and sauté them at 20°C for 10 seconds at speed 5 in CLASSIC mode. Then add the onion and sauté for 12 seconds at speed 3, followed by 2 seconds at speed 4 in CLASSIC mode.

Add sauce and cook

Add MasterChow Basil Sauce, MasterChow Sweet & Spicy, black pepper, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the vegetables in the sauce at 20°C for 10 seconds at speed 1 in TAT mode, then at 95°C for 480 seconds at speed 13 in TAT mode with PID control. Remove vegetables from the jar.

The dish is ready

Strain the boiled noodles and add them to a bowl with the cooked vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions in the bowl. The dish is ready.
