    • 150 g Wheat Flour/Atta (Aashirvaad, Pillsbury, or preferred brand)

    Chapati Dough- 2 chapatis per serving

      Add ingredients to jar

      Place the jar on the device. Add 150g wheat flour, 110ml water, and 1 tbsp refined oil directly into The Upliance jar using the built-in scale.

      The device will now knead the dough

      The Upliance will begin the kneading process at low heat for approximately 6 minutes, using precise speed intervals to mix the flour and water uniformly.

      Repeat the kneading cycle

      The device automatically repeats the mixing and resting intervals to develop gluten structure, ensuring the dough becomes soft and pliable without manual effort.

      The dish is ready

      Once the cycle finishes, remove the soft dough from The Upliance jar. Transfer to a bowl, divide into portions, and roll into chapatis.
