    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stalk removed)
    • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 1 piece Onion (halved)
    • 1 piece Tomato (halved)
    • 5 g Besan Flour
    • 400 g Mustard Leaf
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
    • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 40 ml Water
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
    • 10 g White Butter
    • 10 g Cream

    Instructions

    Vegetarian and high protein version of the traditional Mughlai dish, best had with pav, naan or parathas

      Add spices to jar

      Add Refined Oil and Jeera to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté them briefly on low heat for 30 seconds.
