    Ingredients

    • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked)
    • 1 tbsp Ghee
    • 10 g Butter (softened)
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 130 g Onion (halved)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli
    • 10 leaves Mint Leaves
    • 6 stems Coriander Leaves
    • 30 g Tomato
    • 0.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 30 g Curd
    • 350 ml Water
    • Whole Spices (Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Black Pepper)

    Instructions

      Add ingredients to jar

      Add ghee, butter, and jeera to The Upliance jar. Then add onions, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander stems, and tomato.

      The device will chop and sauté

      The Upliance will automatically chop the vegetables and then sauté the mixture on low heat for approximately 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Add spices and rice to cook

      Add ginger garlic paste, spice powders, salt, and curd. The device will sauté briefly. Add drained rice, water, and whole spices. The Upliance will cook the rice on medium heat for 24 minutes.

      The dish is ready

      Open The Upliance jar, fluff the rice gently. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot.
