    Ingredients

    • 120 g Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
    • 500 ml Water
    • 0.5 tsp Salt (for boiling)
    • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
    • 1 tbsp Piri Piri Spice Mix
    • 0.5 tsp Salt (for seasoning)

    Prepare the chickpeas

    Add soaked chickpeas, water, and salt to the pressure cooker. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes until soft.

    Season the chickpeas

    Drain the water. In a bowl, mix boiled chickpeas with coconut oil, chaat masala, piri piri spice, and salt. Add the marinated chickpeas to the Upliance air fryer basket.

    The device will now cook

    Set the device to high heat and air fry for 15 minutes. Shake the basket to ensure even cooking, then continue cooking on high heat for another 5 minutes.

    The dish is ready

    Remove the basket. Let the chickpeas cool down completely to achieve maximum crispiness before serving or storing.
