Add tomatoes, turmeric, pepper, salt, rasam powder, jaggery, tamarind paste, and 60ml water. The device will cook the masala on medium heat for 8 minutes, then automatically add the remaining water and boil for 7 minutes.
Transfer the hot garlic rasam to a bowl. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
