Ingredients

  • 350 g Chicken Thighs Boneless (marinated)
  • 130 g Onion (quartered)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 30 g Cashews
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 pieces Green Cardamom
  • 2 pieces Clove
  • 130 g Tomato (rough cut)
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 0.5 tbsp Kasoori Methi

Instructions

Sauté Aromatics

Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, onions, ginger, garlic, cashews, and oil to The Upliance jar. The device will chop and sauté on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes.

Add tomatoes, salt, Kashmiri mirch, turmeric, coriander powder, and sugar. The device will now cook the gravy base on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add the marinated chicken, butter, and water to the jar. The device will cook the curry on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, ensuring the chicken is tender.

Finish and Serve

The dish is ready. The device will mix in the fresh cream and Kasoori Methi. Serve hot with naan or rice.
