    Ingredients

    • 100 g Medium Tapioca Pearls (soaked for 6 hours)
    • 100 g Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    • 15 g Crushed Peanuts (roasted)
    • 2 pieces Green Chilli (finely chopped)
    • 6 g Ginger (peeled and grated)
    • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (chopped)
    • 0.9 tsp Salt (to taste)
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (powder)

    Prepare the mixture

    Add soaked sabudana, boiled potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chillies, ginger, coriander, salt, and Kashmiri mirch to a mixing bowl.

    Shape the Vadas

    Mix everything together and shape into small vadas. Place them into the airfryer basket. The device is ready for the cooking cycle.

    Cook the Vadas

    The device will now cook the vadas on high heat for 9 minutes. Flip the vadas carefully halfway through to ensure even browning.

    Finish and Serve

    Continue cooking on high heat for another 9 minutes. Once golden and crispy, the dish is ready to serve with green chutney.
