    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil (Coconut, Groundnut, or Refined)
    • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 270 g French Beans (chopped)
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (powder)
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 50 ml Water
    • 10 g Coconut (shredded)

    Instructions

      Add spices to jar

      Add oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté these aromatics on low heat for 1 minute.

      The device will now cut aromatics

      Add the green chilli to the jar. The Upliance will automatically chop the chili for 10 seconds to release the heat.

      Repeat the above for main ingredients

      Add chopped beans, turmeric powder, salt, and water to the jar. The device will now cook the beans on low heat for 24 minutes with automatic stirring.
